摘要:建立了一种植物油中苯并芘[a]经正己烷溶解,通过分子印迹柱吸附,二氯甲烷洗脱,经过C18的反相色谱柱分离的检测方法。流动相甲醇-水(88∶12,V/V);柱温35 ℃;进样体积20 μL荧光检测器检测。发射波长384 nm,激发波长 406 nm。经测试分析,该方法的最低检出限为 0.10 μg/kg。线性范围0.5-20 ng/mL。回收率 95.6-102.3%。相对标准偏差在2.93-6.81%。该方法分析步骤简单,特异性强、回收率高,重复性好,测定结果准确,适合于植物中苯并芘[a]的测定。

Determination of Benzopyrene[a]in Vegetable Oil by Molecular Imprinting Column and HPLC

Abstract:A benzopyrene in vegetable oil [a] was dissolved by n-hexane. Through molecular imprinting column adsorption, Methylene dichloride elution and separated by C18 reverse chromatography column. Methanol-water in mobile phase (88∶12, V/V); Column temperature 35 ℃; The sample volume was detected by 20 micron fluorescence detector. The emission wavelength is 384 nm and the excitation wavelength is 406 nm. The minimum detection limit of the method is 0.10 μg/kg. The linear range is 0.1 ng/mL 200 ng/mL. The recovery was 95.6-102.3%. The relative standard deviation is 2.93-6.81%. The method has the advantages of simple analysis procedure, high specificity, high recovery and good repeatability, suitable for the determination of benzopyrene [a]in plants.
